1. Cancel future renewal
You may cancel through the Dodo customer portal linked from LeadVouch Billing or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the end of the billing period already paid for. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting users, disconnecting a carrier or ceasing use does not by itself cancel a subscription.
2. Standard refund rule
Subscription periods, partial periods and consumed usage are generally non-refundable once access is provisioned. This does not limit a refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived, and the buyer terms presented by Dodo Payments at checkout also apply.
To request review, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the relevant transaction. Include the account email, transaction or invoice identifier, date, amount and a clear explanation. A request within 30 days is not an automatic guarantee of a refund.
3. Situations we will review
- a duplicate LeadVouch charge;
- a charge for an amount or plan different from the confirmed order;
- a technical failure attributable to LeadVouch that prevented us from provisioning the paid service and was not reasonably cured; or
- another exceptional situation or mandatory right supported by the transaction record.
We may ask for reasonable information needed to confirm the account, payment and service history. We will review requests consistently and communicate the result through the account or request email.
4. Items normally not refundable
- time remaining in a monthly or annual period after cancellation;
- used LeadVouch processed-minute overages unless billed incorrectly;
- unused capacity, failure to use the product or a change of business needs after access was delivered;
- an interruption caused by the customer's configuration, insufficient carrier balance, provider account or third-party outage outside LeadVouch's reasonable control; or
- suspension or termination resulting from fraud, unlawful use or a material breach of the Terms of Service.
5. Carrier and third-party charges
LeadVouch V1 uses customer-owned Twilio or Telnyx accounts. Number rental, calling, recording, messaging, taxes and carrier surcharges are billed by that provider under its own terms. They are not LeadVouch subscription charges, so requests about them must be sent to the provider. Cancelling LeadVouch does not release a number or cancel a carrier account.
6. How an approved refund is paid
When a refund is approved or legally required, we submit it through Dodo Payments. Dodo returns it to the original payment method in accordance with its payment and buyer rules. Bank, card-network, currency-conversion and settlement timing are outside LeadVouch's control. Depending on the facts, a refund may cover all or only the affected part of a transaction.
7. Failed payments and plan changes
A failed or overdue payment may restrict access after applicable notices or retry attempts. Upgrades, downgrades and billing-cycle changes follow the price and effective date displayed before confirmation. Any credit or proration shown in that flow becomes part of the order; otherwise no retroactive credit is promised.
8. Payment disputes
Contact us first so we can investigate and correct a legitimate billing issue quickly. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by Dodo Payments and the relevant payment network. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account suspension, but nothing here limits a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
