Security is an operating boundary.

LeadVouch limits who and what can act, protects provider credentials and makes sensitive call workflows deliberately short-lived and auditable.

Current foundations

Controls built into the product today.

These are implementation-level controls in LeadVouch. They are not a claim of a third-party certification.

Tenant and role boundaries

Agency and client-scoped memberships keep account access aligned to the user’s role.

Scoped machine access

API tokens can be restricted by capability, client, IP and explicit confirmation requirements.

Encrypted provider secrets

Stored telephony credentials are protected with authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption.

Verified provider callbacks

Twilio and Telnyx webhook signatures are verified against the exact raw request body.

Controlled recording access

Playback is authorized and exposed through short-lived signed access rather than a permanent provider URL.

Operational audit trail

Important human and agent changes create agency-scoped audit events for later review.

Recording responsibility

Controls do not replace consent.

LeadVouch supports recording configuration and disclosure workflows. Each customer is responsible for determining and following the recording, privacy and retention requirements that apply to its calls and jurisdictions.

Transparent scope

No borrowed trust badges.

We publish the controls we can substantiate. Formal compliance certifications, data-processing terms and enterprise assurances are separate commercial work and are only represented when completed.

Operate with clarity

Give every user and agent only the access the workflow needs.
